Are you saying that gov should ignore the constitution because of other issues. Gov can deal with all issues including this one if gov is dedicated. You always attack people with names and then cry that people don’t respect you.

If I need to enable myself to, for example, learn biology, I enforce upon myself rules which would ensure success in the forays into the world of biology. Anyways.
