Recently I was astonished to find a fake currency Note of Rupees one thousand (Rs.1000/-) among cash withdrawn by me from an ATM outlet of Habib Bank Limited in Rawalpindi. I want to report it to the concerned quarters to take stern action to combat menace of fake currency notes as it is shattering consumers’ confidence over banks and other financial institutions of the country. We should realize that trend of fake productions is severely damaging fabrics of our society not only internally but all over the world as well. Pakistan Banking Council and other regulatory bodies must step in to control this situation.

i want fake notes
Mr. Hussain don’t lie it is not possible at all in ATM. I think you have been robbed by someone else.
yes i got a fake note from standard chartered ATM in islamabad F-10 Branch and i found out when i came back to lahore now i have to suffer a loss what should i do with this fake note
I also got a one thousand fake note from ATM of Al Habib Bank, Qasimabad, Hyderabad, branch, i have also complained to state bank of pakistan. let see what will happen?
